Thank you for choosing to work with Integrity Sourcing LLC (Integrity). Please read these Terms & Conditions of Service (Terms) carefully as they constitute the legal contract between you and us concerning any transactions between us (via our website at integrityswag.com, through sales representatives, or any other purchasing methods). By using any services we offer, you signify your acceptance and consent to be bound by these Terms, which may be modified from time to time.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: You expressly acknowledge and agree that all services and products we offer shall be based on Illinois laws and regulations.

 

Product Color: We try to accurately display the product colors on our website and within our proposals. However, you must rely on the formal proof to ensure it represents the correct colors and/or Pantone or PMS colors as specified. It is also important that you provide quality artwork in accordance with our Artwork Guidelines at https://www.integrityswag.com/artwork-guidelines.htm.

 

Product Availability & Pricing: Product pricing may be subject to change without any notification based on changes from our suppliers, which is why it is important to review and bind our proposals as quickly as possible since inventory levels fluctuate. As a result, we cannot guarantee prices, stock, and/or lead-times that are changing on a daily basis.

 

Product Cancellations & Sizing: We do not guarantee the sizing specifications of any garments. Please be sure to refer to any sizing charts or request samples as needed. Due to the customized nature of our products, we can only accept returns of faulty merchandise and/or imprint errors. Please see our Return Policy at https://www.integrityswag.com/returns.htm

 

Product Damage: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise while in transit. Should any loss occur, we will file a claim with the carrier. However, carrier liability may be limited to $.50 per pound and/or $50 per package and/or shipment. We encourage you to maintain cargo insurance. If you do not have cargo insurance, we can arrange it for you.

 

Product Defects:  You must provide Integrity with written notice of any damage and/or defects no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of your merchandise. For any goods with product defects, Integrity will either replace the defective portion of the goods, or accept return and refund the price paid by you for the defective portion. Product Delivery: All products are custom-made with your logo and may take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for production time plus 3 to 5 business days for ground shipping. This timeframe starts once you approve the final proof to go into production. Although some products may allow for rush service, this is typically only for one-color jobs and expedited shipping fees can get costly. Please plan accordingly to ensure your products arrive on time and anticipate any weather delays that may occur.

 

Service Charges: We expect all invoices to be paid prior to shipment in accordance with our payment terms that can be found online at https://www.integrityswag.com/payment-info.htm. If your account goes beyond 30 days past due, this may result in additional late fees, expenses, and disruption in your services.
