Mike, a founder of Integrity, has the experience and knowledge in all aspects of the business. Paving the way for Integrity to develop into a superior promotional product company. Accounting, client relations and on boarding makes him the backbone to Integrity's growth.

Where he goes, his work goes. Throughout the year Mike loves to travel with friends and family but that doesn't stop him from always looking for fresh initiatives and merchandise for Integrity. He enjoys biking in the cold and relaxing by the pool in the Florida heat with his wife and son. Mike's greatest past time is spending time with his family and friends.

BRIAN CLOSE

Managing Partner

A founder of Integrity, Brian, is an expert in the business. His involvement in the growth and development of Integrity is exceptional, leading the push for sustainable products. Growing our online presence Brian brings forward thinking and technical knowledge to the team.

When Brian isn't behind a computer monitor he enjoys spending time with his significant other, Tricia, and family. Brian thrives on always keeping busy and is involved in wally ball and volleyball leagues. Throughout the summertime Brian can be found relaxing by the pool and during winter months is an avid snowmobiler.

LISA GELSOMINO

Chief Marketing Officer & Trade Advisor

Lisa leads Integrity's marketing strategy and helps on board new clients. Serving on COAC Working Groups and Trade Leadership Council for the Trade Support Network, Lisa brings a strong background of international trade and logistics to the team and an eye for marketing and brand building to her client base.

Lisa loves spending time and traveling with her family, especially road trips with their dog, Butterscotch. She enjoys giving back to the community through her volunteer and charity work with organizations such as Lasagna Love, Operation Love supporting veterans, Feed My Starving Children, and more.

SCOTT FALLI

Vice President of Business Services

Since 2015 Scott has been a leader in customer and business services. He has developed strong customer relations and collaborates with our suppliers to meet and exceed our client's vision.

When the workday is over, Scott's second job is being husband and father to his wife, Sara, and three kids. He also helps coach his kids running from activity to activity. As if that isn't enough, Scott and Sara are the proud adoptive parents of cats and two rescue dogs, a puggle and lab mix, to make the Falli family complete.

ANTONIO PASSARO

Account Executive

Antonio comes to us with 20 years in sales, marketing and customer service experience in the printing industry, locally as well as internationally. He successfully launched and managed two thriving restaurants over the past 2 decades – a man with a truly entrepreneurial spirit. His commitment to customer satisfaction and proven record reflect his versatile approach to doing business.

In his free time, Antonio enjoys time with his beloved family or time on the green – golfing. On Sundays, you can catch him cooking up some of his best dishes, like braised short ribs or pappardelle with sausage ragu!

IZABELA BARTOSZUK

Account Manager

Izabela joined Integrity in 2025 taking on the role of Account Manager to support the team, its clients, and to help with the company’s ongoing growth. Izabela brings with her years of experience in sales and recruitment, both of which have given her the skillset necessary to provide top notch customer service to ensure that the needs and expectations of Integrity’s clients are met every time.
Outside of work, Izabela enjoys spending time with her dog and two cats, volunteering at her local animal shelter, traveling, and hosting networking events for Internations- an organization that caters to expats and locals who enjoy meeting people from other cultures.

AIDAN HENNESSY

Office Assistant

Aidan graduated from Wheaton Academy High School as a scholar of distinction with honors. He will attend the Kelley School of Business and Hutton Honors Program at Indiana University in Bloomington this August. He plans to double major in finance and economics with a minor in psychology and Italian. During high school, Aidan was a member of the National Honor Society and played baseball, football and participated in Ski, Mock Trial, and Business Clubs. He has worked at Integrity Sourcing for the past four years helping after school plus during summer and winter breaks. Aidan has his 2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate, completed his Eagle Scout, and received the Congressional Gold Medal. In his spare time, he loves to read, listen to music, and play piano. He enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Butterscotch.

ARMANDO HERNANDEZ

Warehouse Manager

As a dedicated warehouse manager, Armando brings his expertise in optimizing our logistics, inventory control and organization, and enhancing operational efficiency. He consistently demonstrates a commitment to streamlining processes to reduce lead times, maximize overall productivity and ensure the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch.

Outside of the warehouse, Armando enjoys spending time with his family, especially his wife and children, the occasional poker game, and exploring local flea markets, seeking unique finds.
