• How long from the time I order my custom item(s) does it take to ship?

From the time the order is placed, production takes approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the product and inventory selection, but some products also offer rush shipping and pricing.

• Do you carry major brand name merchandise?

Yes, we carry a wide selection of major brands, including NorthFace, Ogio, Nike, Adidas, Contigo, Corkcicle, Miir, Camelback, Apple, Bose, Dyson and many more.

• I'm looking for a specific promotional product that isn't on your website, are all of your available products online?

No, our online selection is just some of our most popular or frequently requested items.  We can source any products you need.

• Can you ship directly to our employees?

Yes, we have the ability to ship globally. We can ship directly to your business, employee or clients including home addresses.

• Do you offer product samples?

Yes, we want to make sure our customers have the opportunity to see and feel the quality products they are ordering.  Samples are available for all merchandise and most samples are free of charge.

• Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to exchange or return items unless they are determined to be defective and/or do not have customized logo on them.
